    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for all hygiene systems and to ensure that all international standards are maintained and upheld within the operations of the food and beverage department.
    Ensure optimum service delivery to all patrons at all times.
    Responsible for achieving, managing and maintaining a prescribed cost of sales within all food and beverage departments.

     

  • The food and beverage manager must ensure that all staff reporting to himself are equipped and skills to carry out their respective duties.
     

  • Responsible for all staffing relating to the banqueting department and the restaurants. He is responsible for strategic planning to ensure high levels of service are achieved and that productivity is made a priority.
    Responsible for overall financial performance of this department
    F&B Manager, together with the Financial Accountant will be responsible for budgeting and to the best of their ability achieving budget on a monthly basis

     

  • Review and approve menu design and concepts with the Head chef
    May recruit, evaluate and select entertainment for Food and Beverage outlets and events

     

  • Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals.
     

  • Signing off of all payroll data for processing.
     

  • Overseeing the entire service and kitchen departments together with the Head Chef and CDP’s.
     

  • Salary will be based on expeience
