Thank you for participating in the More Hotels Mystery Guest Programme. Please see below for all the important information:

  • The visit will include a one night stay at the applicable More Hotel establishment for two people.

 

  • Please review the metric below to see what the visit includes. You will need to review the metric carefully before commencing the visit. 

 

  • NB. You will need to make a reservation either telephonically or via email. The contact information can be found at www.more.co.za

 

  • Please remember all names of staff interacted with.

Refunds

  • As part of the online evaluation, we will ask you for banking details where the amount will be refunded by RCA back into your account. This process ensures the More Hotels staff see you as a normal “paying” guest.

 

  • Please keep the spending caps in mind that are communicated to you. You are welcome to exceed this amount but keep in mind this will be for your own expense.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Refunds may take longer dependent on the date you visit in comparison to the next payment run.
